Chloe Caldwell's New Book Deal & Upcoming Year-Long Workshop

Chloe Caldwell, known for her impactful essay collections and novellas, has secured another book deal with Harper Perennial for her book, WOMEN. If you've read any of her previous works, such as Legs Get Led Astray or The Red Zone: A Love Story, you'd understand why this news isn't unexpected. Caldwell's writing, which has been featured in The New York Times, Bon Appétit, and The Cut, consistently delivers.

While we look forward to WOMEN and her forthcoming book, ORPHANED PASSAGES: NOTES ON TRYING from Graywolf Press in 2025, Caldwell is also returning to WritingWorkshops.com to lead her popular year-long manuscript incubator.

Starting in January 2024, Chloe's year-long class, 12 Months To A Full Memoir or Essay Collection: A Generative Workshop, will help writers focus on the importance of community and accountability in the writing process.

To sum up the course:

Writing a book can be isolating. This year-long workshop provides the community and feedback needed to go from start to finish. In the 12-month program, writers will finish a manuscript, collaborate with peers, and receive guidance from Caldwell.

If you're a writer who is looking for a rigorous program that will yield a book manuscript at the end of 12 months, this workshop could be invaluable. With Chloe's expertise, participants will get hands-on, practical advice and support for the entire year in 2024.

Congratulations to Chloe on her new book deal, and we're wishing you all the best as you too write toward THE END of your next project!
